A strong banner with a grammage of 660g used for promoting products or services. Its main advantage is the lack of light permeability. The structure of the material consists of a black polyester insert coated with vinyl on both sides. Blockout material with a very good weave and smooth surface. Even on sunny days, the sun's rays do not penetrate to the other side of the material. Thanks to its light-blocking properties, it is also possible to make double-sided prints and undisturbed double-sided exposure. Exposure is possible outside and inside premises. The type of print used on blockout banners is Hard Solvent and UV LED printing. Used as a medium in outdoor exposure systems, advertising banners, double-sided advertising banners also as a rollup insert.

The fundamental difference between these two technologies is the way the inks are cured. In UV printing, inks are cured with UV light, while in Hard Solvent printing through chemical reactions. UV printing is more resistant to fading. Moreover, UV printing allows printing on a wider range of materials, while Hard Solvent printing is most often used in the production of banners and other large formats.

Finish

We offer you several ways to finish banners. The standard (default) banner finish is edge welding and grommeting them approximately every 50cm - optionally every 25cm. There is also the option of sharp edge cutting (with or without grommets). At the customer's request, we will also make a tunnel of a specified width.
