Thanks to the open structure of the mesh, the print is less prone to damage due to wind, as the grid allows for the free flow of air. Mesh banners are the best choice for large sizes and places with an increased risk of tearing due to wind.

Choose the Type of Mesh

We present 3 types of mesh to choose from, composed in such a way to best meet your expectations. The grids differ in the type of print and finish.

Mesh 360g + Solvent Print

A large-format, outdoor advertising medium to promote products and services. The base material of the grid is a vinyl fabric reinforced with polyester fibers, it is lightweight and durable. The Mesh grid partially passes air, sound, and light. Advertising on the grid is resistant to weather conditions. The mesh grid is adapted for outdoor use in harsh weather conditions. It is perfect for advertising in shopping malls, on building facades, scaffolding, housing estates, etc. This material is the least susceptible to wind tearing (the grid passes air).

Mesh 360g + UV Print

Mesh with UV print combines Mesh with UV print. This solution makes the advertisement maintain its durability and freshness for a longer period of time. Mesh is breathable, lightweight, partially transmits light. UV printing is currently the most resistant print to weather conditions. It is characterized by a very low fading parameter. Mesh with UV printing is a long-term solution. The print maintains its "freshness" for several years. The Mesh with UV print can be used for long-term advertising of products and services. The Mesh can be used in exhibition halls and trade fair halls, for marking buildings, masking the entire facade of the building, or making a "false" facade of the building. It also serves as a grid with print on scaffolding, thereby advertising your company.

Mesh 360g + UV Print + Reinforced Straps

Mesh 360g with UV print and reinforced with rubber-cloth straps is one of the most durable printed advertisements for outdoor use. Reinforced Mesh with UV print and rubber-cloth straps is characterized by:

Strong vinyl material reinforced with polyester fibers.
Low weight at large-format grid surfaces.
Partial air permeability, minimizing the "sail" effect.
High resistance to fading and staining of paints.
High tensile mounting eyes due to the use of reinforcing straps.

Mesh 360g + UV Print + Reinforced Straps has increased resistance to strong wind gusts. The applied rubber-cloth straps with a tensile strength of 1.5t or 2.5t determine the strength of the eyes on the edges. The straps are welded to the turned edges and then eyeleted with metal eyes. This solution makes it very difficult to tear the eyes from the material, and therefore, the advertisement can serve for a long time. This solution is especially recommended when creating large advertisements on buildings and facades where one grid stretches over several floors of the building. The Mesh is also perfect for scaffolding. In addition to the possibility of applying company identification, it can also serve as a shield against the spread of construction rubble and dust.

Thanks to a special, open structure, it provides optimal visibility of graphics, while letting air through and reducing wind pressure. It is an ideal solution for use in places exposed to external factors, such as wind, rain, or sun.

Printing Technologies

UV printing and Hard Solvent are two popular printing technologies used in the advertising and printing industry. UV printing is a process that involves applying UV inks to the surface of the material and then curing them with special UV light. This technology allows printing on a variety of surfaces such as metal, wood, glass, or plastics. Thanks to this, the prints are durable, resistant to scratches and UV radiation, which means they can be used internally and externally.

On the other hand, Hard Solvent printing is a printing method that uses solvent inks. These inks are resistant to water and UV radiation, which makes the prints durable and resistant to weather conditions. Hard Solvent printing is especially popular in the production of banners, nets, and foils.

The fundamental difference between these two technologies is the way the inks are cured. In UV printing, inks are cured with UV light, while in Hard Solvent printing through chemical reactions. UV printing is more resistant to fading. Moreover, UV printing allows printing on a wider range of materials, while Hard Solvent printing is most often used in the production of banners and other large formats.

Finish

We offer you several ways to finish banners. The standard (default) banner finish is edge welding and grommeting them approximately every 50cm - optionally every 25cm. There is also the option of sharp edge cutting (with or without grommets). At the customer's request, we will also make a tunnel of a specified width.
