Information clause made available to customers of PW-Studio P. Węglarz, M. Łysoń s.c.
In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119/1 of 4.5.2016), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform that:

2. The website obtains information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- Through voluntary sending of electronic messages to the given e-mail boxes.
- Through voluntary entry of data in published forms.
- By storing cookie files in end devices.
- By collecting web server logs by the hosting operator, operating under the website's address.
- The website may store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
3. The obtained data are processed for the purpose of executing the contract or improving the quality of the provided services.
4. Providing data is voluntary, however, necessary for the execution of the contract.
5. Cookies are a string of characters, usually in the form of a small text file, which is stored on the end device when you visit the website. Cookies:
- Are used to enhance the usefulness of the website and the quality of services provided in line with our users' preferences.
- Are used for anonymous statistical research related to visits to our website.
- We distinguish two types of cookies. Temporary ones, which expire when you log out of the website or close the browser. Permanent ones, which remain on the user's device according to the time specified in the browser's settings or until they are deleted by the user.

Blocking the handling of "cookies" may affect the operation of the functionalities available on the website.
6. The provided data are stored for at least the duration of the contracts concluded with PW-Studio P. Węglarz, M. Łysoń s.c., as well as for the period resulting from the accounting regulations. The personal data processing period can be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of personal data will be necessary for seeking potential claims or defense against such claims by the Administrator.
7. Each user of the website has the right to access the content of their data, the right to correct them, delete them, restrict their processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8. Each user of the website has the right to lodge a complaint related to the processing of the obtained personal data to the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
9. The data provided by the website users will be subject to disclosure to third parties only to the extent necessary to handle orders and to authorized institutions by law.
10. The data administrator: PW-Studio P. Węglarz, M. Łysoń s.c. does not transfer its customer databases to third parties for profit-making purposes (trading in personal data), does not accept such practices, and does not use the services of companies providing databases for a fee.
