ZobaPrint printing house accepts returns of defective products, products damaged during transport, and products for repair.
In the case of product defects resulting from the ZobaPrint printing house, the cost of the return shipment is covered by the printing house.
In the case of product defects on the part of the customer, the cost of the return shipment to the printing house is covered by the customer.
All product returns must be reported in advance to the printing house at one of the email addresses in order to register the return.
