Advertising Banners (Vinyl)
Advertising banners, also known as PVC or vinyl banners, are an extremely popular marketing tool that enables entrepreneurs to effectively and efficiently promote their products or services. PVC banners are made from a durable and resilient material, ensuring long-lasting use and high-quality print.
One of the main advantages of advertising banners is their flexibility and versatility. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, allowing their application in various situations. Vinyl banners are also easy to install as they have eyelets on the edges, which allows for quick and efficient placement in the chosen location.
Advertising banners are perfect for use at various types of events, such as trade fairs, conferences, festivals, or concerts. They are also an effective tool for marketing campaigns, for example in stores, on billboards, etc. Mesh PVC banners allow for an impressive and attractive presentation of information, attracting the attention of potential customers.
Additionally, advertising banners are very effective because they can be easily customized to meet individual client needs and requirements. They can be made in various shapes, sizes, and colors, and with different graphic motifs and advertising slogans.
Choose the Type of Banner
Below are the 3 most popular banner configurations. They differ in material and printing technology.
Frontlit Material
Frontlit material is a popular choice for the production of advertising banners. This is a synthetic material characterized by high resistance to weather conditions and UV radiation, which ensures the banner's durability over a long time.
Various weights and types of frontlit material are available on the market. The most commonly used are 440g and 510g. Frontlit 510g is a coated material, which means that the material has been strengthened with a layer of polyester mesh (polyester fibers) and coated with a PVC layer. The main advantage of the 510g coated banner is its greater mechanical resistance (to stretching and tearing) and greater resistance to low temperatures (it does not crumble or crack). Therefore, frontlit 440g is recommended for a short exposure period, and coated frontlit 510g for medium and long periods of use.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used to produce frontlit material. It is obtained through the polymerization of vinyl chloride. Therefore, advertising banners are sometimes called vinyl or PVC banners.
Printing Technologies
UV printing and Hard Solvent are two popular printing technologies used in the advertising and printing industry. UV printing is a process that involves applying UV inks to the surface of the material and then curing them with special UV light. This technology allows printing on a variety of surfaces such as metal, wood, glass, or plastics. Thanks to this, the prints are durable, resistant to scratches and UV radiation, which means they can be used internally and externally.
On the other hand, Hard Solvent printing is a printing method that uses solvent inks. These inks are resistant to water and UV radiation, which makes the prints durable and resistant to weather conditions. Hard Solvent printing is especially popular in the production of banners, nets, and foils.
The fundamental difference between these two technologies is the way the inks are cured. In UV printing, inks are cured with UV light, while in Hard Solvent printing through chemical reactions. UV printing is more resistant to fading. Moreover, UV printing allows printing on a wider range of materials, while Hard Solvent printing is most often used in the production of banners and other large formats.
Finish
We offer you several ways to finish banners. The standard (default) banner finish is edge welding and grommeting them approximately every 50cm - optionally every 25cm. There is also the option of sharp edge cutting (with or without grommets). At the customer's request, we will also make a tunnel of a specified width.
For larger quantities, it is possible to customize the banner finish to the individual needs of the customer.
